2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with mcw999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by mcw999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, or contractor of mcw999, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mcw999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and to request supporting documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

mcw999 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms. Upon detection, mcw999 will close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void all bonus balances. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may also be voided at mcw999's sole discretion.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. mcw999 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

mcw999 supports the following Bangladesh-specific payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.

Deposits are generally credited to your playing balance within minutes of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. mcw999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. mcw999 may require documentation confirming ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited via a particular method may be required to be returned to that same method before an alternative withdrawal route is approved.

mcw999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which mcw999 accepts no liability.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed identity verification.

• mcw999 applies a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or wager when a bonus balance is active, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.

mcw999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided those bonuses remain within their original validity period.

All bets placed on the mcw999 Platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and markets before confirming a wager. mcw999 will not accept requests to void bets placed in error by the player.

mcw999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or cancel sporting events from its platform at any time, including where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns, data feed errors, or events beyond mcw999's reasonable control (including but not limited to match abandonment, postponement, or corruption investigations).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcw999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. mcw999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall mcw999, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if mcw999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. mcw999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds in bad faith.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or servers.

12. Suspension & Termination

mcw999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, mcw999 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. mcw999 aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and mcw999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
